Recruitment meets the 21st Century with this awesome new initiative. Meet the Real Me is the only video CV profile website, giving applicants the opportunity to present their true personality and stand out from the crowd. They approached Xcite Digital to create this innovative video recruitment tool as well as drive interest from their target market.
We worked with Meet The Real Me to re-launch the website focused around the new E-Me product providing extensive back-end technology and a light design refresh.
Implementation of a full digital strategy, API integration and online creative developments saw 25% increase in online registrations and 33% decrease of registration abandonment.
