At Xcite Digital we are delighted to be supporting the Inspire Business Awards! The awards celebrate the success of local businesses in north Hampshire, from Andover in the west to Farnborough in the east and aim to give recognition for leading local businesses and their staff.
The awards programme began in 2005 and has been a huge success ever since then, with hundreds of local businesses attending the Inspire Business Awards Dinner each year. INSPIRE15 will be no exception to this, showcasing successful regional businesses at an outstanding awards ceremony in November that celebrates the growth of the local economy.
Specific objectives for this year are:
- To showcase ‘Business Excellence’ in North Hampshire.
- To promote the area as a key business region, and one that recognises and supports local success.
- To recognise outstanding performance and achievement of local businesses through an awards presentation.
- To provide a platform for the ‘Business Awards’ to grow and become an annual event for local businesses.
- To inspire and act as a driver for local SME’s to prosper.
- To encourage businesses to think positively in the current economic climate
Xcite Digital are proud to be sponsoring the awards again in 2015. Along with sponsoring one of the categories, we have also been heavily involved in the design and build of the Inspire Business Awards website.
Since undertaking the project we have improved usability of the website, and incorporated a clean and innovative design, all of this has helped encourage businesses to enter the awards.
Entries for all categories need to be made by 21st August, via the entry forms on the Inspire website. Judging the entries is the job of a judging panel comprising various local business experts and event sponsors plus a specialist award judge from the sponsoring organisation.
This year, as sponsors, we have been tasked with helping the judging panel decide on which business takes home the coveted “New Business of the Year” award! To be considered for this award, a business needs to have started trading on or after 1st April 2012 and will need to be able to demonstrate excellence in developing their business.
